Frequently asked
Pools often don’t allow photos, which photos do I use?
Many pools make an exception on diploma day, so do ask. Otherwise photos of the day itself work fine: the diploma in hand, the wet hair, the little party afterwards. Three photos is already enough.
We’re new to this, what are diplomas a, b and c?
The dutch swim-abc. Diploma a is the first one and usually the biggest celebration; b and c build on it, and with the full abc children meet the national swimming safety standard. You can make a book for each diploma, or wait until the whole abc is in and turn it into one story.
Can the book be a gift from grandma and grandad?
Yes, especially if they were there for the afzwemmen, or watching proudly from another country. Ask the parents for a few photos, or make the book together afterwards. You choose the delivery address at checkout; that can be the child’s home directly.
The afzwemmen is next week, am I in time?
The preview is ready in a few minutes, but printing and delivery then take about 7 working days. Good to know: the book gets better if you make it after diploma day, then the photos of the afzwemmen itself can go in.
