do busy holiday photos work?
yes. we redraw the scene as an illustration, so a crowded beach or a packed terrace naturally becomes a calm, beautiful book page.
can I tell you what happened on the trip?
please do. you can briefly describe what was going on in the photos — the flip-flop that floated away, the thunderstorm at the campsite — and that makes the story much more personal.
how is this different from a holiday photo book?
in a holiday photo book you see the photos themselves, with a caption underneath. with us, the photos are redrawn as illustrations and the trip becomes one continuous children’s story — a book to read aloud, not to flick through. and it’s not a fill-in journal: you don’t have to write anything yourself.
