Watch the preview together on the sofa as a dress rehearsal. The book is delivered to your door afterwards, so keep an eye on the post.

Which photos work best?

Photos of mum and the child together: reading, on the back of the bike, cooking, being silly on the sofa. Sharp photos where the faces are clearly visible work best. If mum is in hardly any photos, she’s usually the one taking them, this is the moment to go through dad’s phone and the family group chat.

When is mother’s day, and when should I order?

In the netherlands and most countries, mother’s day falls on the second sunday of may; in the uk and ireland, mothering sunday falls in march or early april. The preview is ready in a few minutes, but printing and delivery take time: the printed book arrives within 7 working days. So make the book a few weeks ahead, not the weekend before.
